Rare Earth Elements Demonstration Facility

This new facility is authorized by IIJA to demonstrate the commercial feasibility of a full-scale integrated rare earth element extraction and separation facility and refinery to strengthen clean energy supply chains and provide environmental benefits through the reuse and treatment of waste material.
