Pilot Programs

This new IIJA program provides grants for projects that seek to reduce wildlife-vehicle collisions and improve habitat connectivity. It requires at least 60% of grant funds to be set aside for rural area projects, and requires an update and expansion of studies, workforce development and technical training courses, data collection methodology, and guidance.
