Grant program to provide assistance to eligible entities for lead reduction projects

IIJA amends this grant program by expanding eligible entities and grant uses and authorizes the EPA to provide grant funds to low-income homeowners or landlords providing housing to low-income renters with priority given to disadvantaged communities, among other changes.
