Pilot Program for Transit-Oriented Development Planning

This program provides competitive grants to transit projects in which the sponsor will seek funding through FTA's Capital Investment Grants Program and that seek to create compact, mixed-used communities with easy job and service access. IIJA allows financing for both site-specific and comprehensive planning.
