Territorial and Puerto Rico Highway Program

This program provides funding to assist the governments of U.S. territories including American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, to construct and improve their arterial and collector highway system and inter-island connectors. IIJA increases program funding.
