Water infrastructure and workforce investment (EPA)

The Innovative Water Infrastructure Workforce Development program provides grants to build the water workforce and connect individuals to careers in the drinking water and wastewater utility sector. IIJA amends the program by expanding grant use to include diversity recruitment and promotion, training, and retention within the water sector, among other changes.
