Source Water Petition Program

This program allows eligible entities to submit a source water quality protection partnership petition to the state requesting assistance in the local development of a voluntary, incentive-based partnership among the entity, to reduce drinking water contaminants, get financial or technical assistance, or develop long-term recommendations to protect source water.
